By using KULCUT, you agree to use the app responsibly and only upload media you own or have permission to use.

User Content

You keep ownership of your photos, videos, audio, prompts, projects, and generated outputs. You grant KULCUT permission to process that content only to provide the features you request.

AI and Editing Tools

AI-assisted outputs may vary in quality and may require review. Do not use KULCUT to impersonate others, create misleading content, violate privacy, or infringe copyrights and trademarks.

Credits and Paid Features

Credit packs and paid features may be required for premium generation tools. Failed generations may be retried or refunded according to the app rules shown at purchase or use time.

Acceptable Use

You may not use KULCUT for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.
